Sesame Rings (Simit)
Our sesame rings are inspired by traditional Turkish simit, a soft bread ring generously coated with toasted sesame seeds. Baked until golden and lightly crisp on the outside, they are simple, comforting and perfect on their own or filled, just as they are enjoyed every day in Turkey.
All Butter & Filo Pastries
Our pastries are inspired by traditional Turkish börek, made using very thin sheets of dough carefully layered by hand. Some varieties follow the classic su böreği technique, where the dough is briefly boiled before being layered with cheese, herbs and butter, then baked until rich, soft and golden.
